The Michigan Antique Festival hosts annual events in both Davisburg and Midland. For the purposes of this article, we’ll be focusing on the Midland Antique Festival at the sprawling Midland County Fairgrounds.
This unique Midland event is highly anticipated among antique collectors and casual visitors alike, as it only takes place two weekends per year: typically in June and September. Precise dates can be found here.
Despite its infrequency, the festival packs in a major punch. After all, shoppers will have the opportunity to explore a whopping 80 acres of event space and peruse items from upwards of 800 amazing vendors.
In fact, during especially busy years, the fest has been known to host closer to 1,000 vendors. Whether you’re searching for something specific or simply browsing, you’ll undoubtedly find a few treasures.
There’s a sense of history at the Midland Antique Festival, as it’s taken place for more than 50 years. Throughout the generations, shoppers and collectors of all ages have found countless items to love.
While admission to the festival costs $10 per person for those age 11 and older, parking is free and the memories you’ll make here are priceless. There’s even on-site camping available for $40 nightly.
Furniture, vintage clothing, one-of-a-kind collectibles, sports memorabilia, antique coins – the list of findings continues. There’s even a judged car show during the festival where you’ll spot all sorts of classic rides.
