Our spring market starts in January but this year seems to have a little delay. I’m starting to see houses come on the market daily. It’s far better to be the first on the market when there are a ton of hungry buyers, than be one in a sea of many houses on the market. Get on now, get sold fast and while the interest rates are the lowest. To you, the seller, this means the buyers are in a stronger position to pay more.
